MATSUOKA improves “brand power of customers”.
All the molds we produce is the customized products.Our customers have established world-class brands as leading companies to support Japan by utilizing our molds as an important strategic tools for their mass-producing parts.We hope to be the special original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to help improve brand power of such customers.
Furthermore, we understand from our experiences and through communications with customers that expectation in OEM is not only the optimal supply of molds but also the supply of a wide range of service ultrashort delivery time, urgent response to disaster,, contribution to improvement in operation ratio of customer’s factory, and building of overseas mold procurement system including consulting function.
Over many years, we have cultivated Family Company Collaboration regardless of industries. We can play a role as a trusted OEM to supply molds to customers for their global operations.

Along with the automobile industry undergoing significant change, many of the automobile parts manufacturers are shifting their production bases to overseas while maintaining domestic development.In response to such a trend, we must play a role as an OEM to support customers.We believe that we can share our know-how to meet the needs of customers with Family Company to generate synergy, while ensuring global QDC management and supply capacity as well as consulting function for per-piece cost reduction.
We aim to contribute to customers’ promising future based on MATSUOKA’s “Global Management by Japan”, promoting further technology acquisition and human resource cultivation.
